Creativity and Craftsmanship

As a Sous Chef at Buurten, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside the Head Chef to develop the most creative and tasty dishes. Our menu changes several times a year. Experiment with fresh seasonal dishes and let your creativity shine. Together, you’ll ensure sharp cost calculations and the best purchasing conditions.

Leadership

You’ll be the right-hand person and sparring partner for the Chef. When the Chef is away, you’re in charge of the kitchen. You’ll lead the team, handle the orders, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your experience has already matured in other kitchens, and you thrive on guiding and motivating the team.

What do we offer?

• A competitive salary. We follow the Hospitality Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CLA). The salary ranges between €2,787 and €3,465 based on a 38-hour workweek. The exact amount is determined by your experience and knowledge.
