As a Floor Manager, you’re not just serving; you’re also the right-hand person of the General Manager. Leading, coordinating, organizing – you can’t wait for a job with a dash of extra responsibility.

What will you do?

From opening to closing, you keep the restaurant running when the General Manager is away. This involves leading our friendly team, ordering stock, and actively contributing ideas for new dishes and fun events. You’ll train and guide newbies and be the go-to person for tough questions.

And as the cherry on top, you’ll join a friendly team. Hopefully, your schedule is open because you’ll make friends for life here!

• A tasty salary. We adhere to the hospitality industry’s collective agreement, so you’ll earn between €2,298 and €2,858 based on a 38-hour week. The amount depends on your experience and knowledge.

You can find Buurten in Leidsche Rijn (Buurten in de Bieb), in Oog in Al (Buurten in de Fabriek), in Tuindorp (Buurten in de Gaard), and in Oudwijk (Buurten in Oost).

Buurten is for everyone from 0 to 100 years old. From meatballs to oysters, our menu has something for everyone. Many guests live nearby and visit us regularly. It’s incredibly cozy because you get to really know your guests. In the summer, we set up our terraces and you get to work in the sunshine. Get your step counter ready, because you’ll rack up plenty of steps in a day!
